Discussed and to be added to the 10-29-13 SCC agenda: a) the 12:48PM GPUS 10-21-13 email from the Campaign Coordinating Committee (CCC) regarding ability for GP candidates to request to be one of the “Top 5” GP candidates to watch. Candidates must be willing to financial support from the GPUS. Candidates are to complete the attached form and return by 9PM Eastern DST on 10-22-13. Candidates must be willing to share their donor list with the GPUS and the GPUS will share their donor list to the “Top 5” candidates. b) need a GPCT Local Forum Committee to develop local forums with speakers. Already have a GPCT Fundraising committee. c) consider GPCT financial support for GPCT candidates, if able. Urge GPCT members to support GPCT candidates at forums and at polling places. d) CR: balance of about $1085. e) AB to send his 10 Key Values literature to the website and to BAB. Then BAB will send to the GPUS. f) BAB has requested that David Bedell clarify the list of GPCT candidates from the Fairfield chapterg) possible GPCT fundraiser in November 2013 or January 2014. g) add to “8” on the agenda: federal shutdown article from G. Scott Deshefy when it becomes available. h) reaffirm Tim McKee and or Rolf Maurer can do GPCT media releases. i) Norwich GPCT members are contemplating going to the 10-23-13 Norwich mayoral debate. j) report back about the New England Regional Bioneer’s event in New Medford, MA from Friday, 10-25-13 through 10-27-13. k) SCC 10-29-13 response (via the GPCT secretary) to a Waterford, CT letter from a GPCT member. i) Songs for Syria: Peace and Love conference to take place in Ithaca, NY in January 2014.

Ballot Assess (BA): discussion of efforts/difficulties/strategies/successes of the state Green Parties gaining ballot access: S. Michael DeRosa & Edward Schwing.

Bylaws, Rules, Polices Procedure (BRPP): for the GPUS officers and national committees: Amy Vas Nunes.

Coordination Campaign (CCC): distribution of GPUS money to Green Party public office candidates.

Dispute Resolution (DRC): mediation of any disputes within the GPUS organization.

Diversity (DC): strategies and actions to urge/maximize diversity within the GPUS: Linda Thompson.

Eco Action (EA): develop strategies for the GPUS regarding ecological matters.
