In addition, I am calling on both sides of the Worthington Hooker school building dispute to pledge to accept the pending decision of the CT Supreme Court, and not to pursue any further legal, extra-legal, or legislative actions which might delay the implementation of that decision. These increases are a direct result of the deregulation legislation passed unwisely by the CT General Assembly in 1998.
