Telephonic meeting - Sunday, March 18, 2018

1. Proposed agenda for the March 22 SCC meeting was discussed and approved; it is attached below.
2. The May 12 Annual Meeting was discussed. Chris reported that he has obtained the complete voter database from the SOTS and is in the process of loading the files. The meeting will include a nominating convention for statewide candidates; internal elections for GPCT co-chairs, secretary, treasurer, and National Committee reps; break-out sessions on topics of interest. A committee consisting of EC members and others will plan the meeting. We do not anticipate holding a State Central Committee meeting in April.
3. Chris will be away from April 18-May 3; we will make other arrangements for ballot pick-up from the post office box.
4. Ronna has contacted the March For Our Lives Hartford organizers to inquire about co-sponsorship, but has not received responses after several tries.
