If inclement weather forces the cancellation of the Annual Meeting on March 13th, the Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 20th from 1-5pm. The deadline for receipt of postmarked ballots will not change. Call the answering machine at the Hartford Greens office (860-524-9448) on March 13th to determine if the election is cancelled. The location of the snow date election will also be put on this answering machine, when this location is determined.
